Data we collect
Your name and mobile number, what you tell us about your request (unit type, area, budget), your WhatsApp messages to us and any photos or files you send in them, the details you submit in our Facebook and Instagram lead forms, and the page or ad you came from.
How we use it
To reply to you and contact you about the projects you ask about, send you the prices and details you request, and follow up with you. We may send you follow-up messages on WhatsApp; if you reply “stop” we won't message you again until you contact us.
Automated WhatsApp replies
Some of our WhatsApp replies may be written by an AI assistant (Anthropic) that sees the conversation text only — not your phone number — to answer your questions about projects. You can ask to talk to a member of our team at any time.
Who sees your data
Only the sales team handling your request and management. We never sell your data or share it with anyone for marketing. We use trusted services to run our system: Meta (WhatsApp and Facebook), Supabase and Vercel (hosting and database), and Anthropic (AI assistant).
Keeping it safe
Data is stored on secured servers, staff access is limited to what each role needs, and every view of your number is logged.
